Kefir cake




500 ml kefir
250 g sugar
350 g flour
150 ml oil
3 eggs
5 spoons Carla cocoa powder
1 baking powder


First we mix all the dry ingredients together, the same we do with the loose ingredients. In the final, mix both mixtures until a smooth dough is made.

Remove the baking tin or oil with oil and squeeze with a thick flour, then pour the dough.

Preheat the oven to 150-170 ° C and bake for about 30 minutes until the pastry sticks to the wooden spoon.

Tip: After removing it from the oven, one of our chocolate coatings can be warmed up and the cake can be adorned. Or, sprinkle the candy with the sugar.
