2 bars Carla dark chocolate 70%

100 ml milk

Procedure

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and lay the smaller sheet of paper with baking paper. First we prepare a dough, start with the separation of whites and egg yolks. Yolks mixed with melted butter and honey. From the separated whites we get snow. To mix egg yolks, butter and honey, add flour, baking powder and cocoa, and mix the mixture. Carefully mix the prepared snow to make the dough properly breathe. If the dough seems thin, we can add flour. Apply evenly to the plate and smoothen the baking tin, bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Then let the cabinet cool down.

While the body cools, we prepare a cream. Mix the curds, add vanilla sugar and melted honey. In the side dish, we scatter the cream, then mix everything together. When the body is cold, the cream is spread evenly over it.

The last step is to make chocolate glaze, prepare a water bath, and pour chocolate chips into the pot. Add butter and milk or cream and stir until all is dissolved. Then pour the cream on the body with the cream and adjust the trowel so that the layer is even. It is best to leave the slices overnight in the fridge.
