Christmas homemade chocolate liqueur

100 g 70% dark chocolate
150 g sugar
200 ml 35% cream
250 ml rum
4 tablespoons cocoa


Mix the cream, cocoa and sugar in the pot. Warm up slowly, but be careful, we don't want the mixture to boil. We need a higher temperature to dissolve the chocolate. Add it chopped into pieces in a pot with mixture. Mix thoroughly until the chocolate is completely dissolved. When the chocolate is dissolved, let the mixture stand for room temperature. After cooling, pour rum and pour the finished liquor into the vials.
