Homemade chocolate pudding

2 tablespoons starch
40 g Carla chocolate (milk, dark)
250 ml milk
100 ml cream
2 tablespoons Carla cocoa
2-3 tablespoons sugar
pinch of salt


First, cut the chocolate into small pieces. Then put some milk (about 100 ml) aside and mix the starch. Slowly heat the rest of the milk mixed with cream on the plate. Add cocoa, sugar, a pinch of salt to the milk / cream mixture. Mix everything with a whisk to keep the pudding from sticking. When everything is dissolved and the mixture is boiled, pour milk with dissolved starch. Pull the plate to a minimum and still stir from the bottom until the pudding thickens. Finally, remove from the plate and stir the chopped chocolate of our choice carefully with a whisk. Pour into prepared bowls, we can serve with biscuits, nuts or fruit, but it is good as well.
