Homemade Carla Coco
|250 g||shredded coconut|
|160 g||Carla 70% Dark Chocolate|
|160 g||Carla Milk Chocolate|
|80 g||Carla White Chocolate|
In a water bath, melt white chocolate, while mixing the condensed milk with coconut into a shape-keeping substance. Stir in the melted white chocolate. We create a rectangle from the resulting mixture on baking paper, from which we will later cut individual Carla Coco bars, the size is up to us. Wrap and put in the freezer for about half an hour to make the sticks cut better. After being removed from the freezer, melt the dark or milk chocolate in the water bath as desired and soak the individual bars in it. Then we just let it solidify and we have a great and tasty snack.
