Homemade mix of oatmeal porridge
|500 g||ground oatmeal (or spelled, millet, etc.)|
|150 g||milk powder (or soya beverage or other milk substitute)|
|100 g||cane sugar (can be omitted and flavored with sweet fruit)|
|40 g||Carla 70% dark chocolate|
|10 g||flax seed|
|2 spoons||Carla cocoa powder|
If we do not have already purchased ground flakes, grinded it with a bar blender. Leave a small portion of the flakes whole. Mix the cocoa, cane sugar, coconut, flax seeds and nuts of your choice in the milk powder. Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces. Mix the flakes, the mixture with the milk powder and chocolate together. The mash mixture is ready, just put it in an airtight glass and enjoy the porridge in the morning.
Tip: We put really dry ingredients into the mix. Insufficiently dry ingredients would introduce moisture into the mixture. Much more can be added to the mash if you like cinnamon, vanilla sugar, sesame seeds, etc. After pouring the porridge with water, we can decorate the porridge with fresh fruit or anything we like.
