White chocolate mousse
|400 ml||whipping cream|
|240 g||Carla white chocolate|
|Carla cocoa powder|
First, melt the chocolate with butter on a water bath and let it cool for a while after dissolving. Meanwhile, whisk the whipped cream and then carefully mix the chocolate mixture into it. Add a little lime peel and mix carefully again.
Transfer the foam to nice glasses and let it cool in the fridge for about 2 hours.
When serving, decorate with fresh fruit or just dust with cocoa.
