Blondies made of white chocolate with Matcha tea
|200 g||Carla white chocolate|
|120 g||rice flour (or other plain flour)|
|25 g||matcha green tea powder|
|1 teaspoon||baking powder|
First, preheat the oven to 180 ° C and line a smaller baking tray with baking paper.
Cut a part of white chocolate (approx. 30 g) into small pieces. Melt the rest of the white chocolate together with the butter in a water bath and mix thoroughly. After dissolving, set aside and allow to cool slightly.
In a side dish, mix the sifted flour, baking powder and matcha with a pinch of salt. Stir the eggs into the cooled chocolate mixture, then add the mixture with flour and mix everything properly.
Finally, add the chopped white chocolate, mix and pour on the baking tray. Bake for about 20 minutes.
