Mug Cake

15 minutes



2 eggs
20 g softened butter (approx. 2 teaspoons)
20-30 g sugar
1 dcl cream
30 g coconut flour (approx. 6 teaspoons)
10 g Carla Dutch cocoa (approx. 4 teaspoons)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder


Mix all ingredients carefully into a smooth dough.

Let stand for a while and then divide it into cups (the dough should reach a maximum of 2/3 below the edge).

Put the mug with dough in the microwave and "bake" for about 1.5 minutes.

The exact time must be picked up, each microwave "waves" a little differently.

However, when the cake is ready, we can tell by the fact that the dough rises to the edge of the cup, the bubbles on the top of the dough gradually disappear from the edges and are made only in the very middle.

We serve the cakes still warm, decorated according to everyone's imagination - with fresh fruit, with icing of boiled frozen fruit, with whipped cream, sour cream, topped with melted chocolate or sprinkled with grated, etc.
