This fondant is suitable for both manual and machine processing, and thanks to its consistent properties, it is ideal for use in both small patisseries and larger food production facilities. It helps to speed up the preparation of icings and glazes, maintain a consistent texture and shine across batches, and reduce the reliance on preparing sugar icings by hand on the premises.

This is not a modelling fondant for decorating cakes.

Transport and Packaging

We supply fondant in packaging suitable for professional kitchens, typically in buckets or cartons ready for dispatch to patisseries, bakeries and food production facilities. Thanks to our own fleet of vehicles, we can deliver the fondant directly to your premises and are able to arrange regular deliveries as well as respond to seasonal peaks, ensuring that ingredients are available at the right time.

The minimum delivery quantity is 300 kg and can be arranged with the sales representative for the given region.
