Customising parameters for larger customers
For many operations, simply selecting the appropriate type of coating from the existing range is sufficient. However, for larger producers of ice cream and frozen desserts, it often makes sense to adjust the parameters so that the coating is suited to the specific technology and product type.
For selected coatings, we therefore offer the option to:
- fine-tune the flavour profile of the coating to suit the nature of the ice cream or dessert
- adjust the viscosity for a specific application method (dipping, drizzling, pouring)
- to adapt the behaviour of the coating during setting and subsequent storage of frozen products
Logistics and supply
Thanks to our own fleet of vehicles, we are able to ensure reliable and regular deliveries and adapt to both long-term planned orders and seasonal peaks typical of the ice cream season. Ice cream coatings are delivered to our customers in liquid form in tankers or in 15 kg blocks packed in cartons.
The minimum delivery quantity is 300 kg and can be arranged with the sales representative for the given region.

For large-scale production, we also offer deliveries of chocolate in liquid form by tanker. Upon arrival, the coating is pumped directly into tanks at bakeries or production facilities, where it is then kept in liquid form and ready for further processing. Deliveries are available in volumes of 10, 15, 20 or 25 tonnes; with a two-compartment tanker, it is possible by arrangement to combine, for example, white and milk chocolate within a single order.
