Bespoke formulations
Most of our customers use our standard range of fillings; however, for food manufacturers with higher consumption or specific technology, it often makes sense to customise the fillings so that they precisely match their product and equipment.
Together, we will set the parameters so that the filling performs consistently in your production process and delivers the desired result.
For selected fillings, we therefore offer the option to:
- adjust the flavour profile, for example the ratio of cocoa to nut ingredients
- fine-tune the consistency and density of the filling according to the product type and dispensing method
- to adapt the filling’s behaviour during filling, baking, cooling and storage
Orders and supply
We supply fillings and pastes in buckets suitable for bakery, confectionery and industrial operations. Thanks to our own fleet of vehicles and established distribution network, we are able to ensure reliable and regular deliveries and adapt to both long-term planned orders and seasonal peaks.
Standardised packaging facilitates storage and production planning, and for larger orders we can discuss setting up regular deliveries so that your fillings arrive in time with your production schedule.
The minimum delivery quantity is 300 kg and can be arranged with the sales representative for the given region.
