Cocoa chia puding
Ingredients
Puding
400 ml | coconut milk |
10 teaspoons | chia seeds |
4 teaspoons | maple sirup |
2 spoons | Carla cocoa powder |
Procedure
Mix chia seeds with maple syrup and milk.
Stir the mixture a few times (at about fifteen minute intervals) and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
Add cocoa to the finished pudding, sweeten to taste and pour into a serving bowl or glass.
Decorate with fruit and pieces of chocolate.
