Homemade Donut with Carla Cream
Ingredients
500 g | plain flour |
250 ml | warm milk |
30 g | yeast |
3 | egg yolks |
1 pack | vanilla sugar |
50 g | melted butter |
4 spoons | sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
Carla Cream |
Procedure
Let the leaven rise from milk and yeast with a pinch of sugar, which we will then work into the rest of the ingredients.
We make a smooth dough, cover it with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Roll out a 1.5 to 2 cm high pancake.
We roll out circles from the pancake, which we leave to rise for another 10 minutes on the roll.
Fry the pancakes on both sides in oil or lard, but not too hot. Allow to cool and fill with Carla Cream using a tip and a filling bag. We can serve.
