Melon-banana popsicles with chocolate
Procedure
Let the water bath melt the dark chocolate. Slice the melon and bananas into a blender and mix until smooth. Then divide the fruit puree in half. Pour the first part of the fruit puree into ice lollies. Fill the molds in half. And let it freeze into the freezer. Add the melted chocolate to the second part and mix thoroughly. The resulting mixture is then poured into ice lollies with the first portion of fruit puree. And put in the freezer again and let it solidify completely.
