Cocoa banana bread


150 g smooth flour
100 g cane sugar
100 g butter
150 ml milk
2 bananas
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 tablespoon cocoa
pinch of salt
70 g chopped nuts


First, prepare the form in which we put the baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Then mix the bananas with melted butter, add the egg and milk. In the second bowl, mix all the loose ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa and a pinch of salt. Mix the loose ingredients with a blended mixture of egg, banana and butter with milk. Mix well, and finally add the chopped nuts. Put in a preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes, depending on the oven.

TIP: After cooling, the bread can be poured over one of our toppings. It tastes great!
