Procedure
Wipe the mold and preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Eggs separate the egg and egg yolks separately. Yolks smear with sugar and butter, add milk. In the second bowl, stirring the baking powder and flour thoroughly, mix it all together until a smooth mixture develops. Remove the snow from the whites and carefully mix it into the mixture. Then pour the dough into a mold and bake for about 45 minutes. Each oven bakes otherwise, the lamb needs to be guarded and during the check of the wooden skewer, whether it is baked.
After cooling, we warm the confectionary topping and the whole lamb is shelled (We can use both dark and light frosting). Then you just decorate the lamb according to our ideas and is ready for the Easter table.
