Grandma's cake
Ingredients

250 ml | whipping cream |
360 g | semi-coarse wheat flour |
1 | vanilla sugar |
100 g | chopped walnuts |
1 | baking powder |
150 g | Carla milk chocolate |
30 g | Carla cocoa powder |

Procedure
Grease and line a large cake mold, preheat the oven to 180/160 degrees. In a larger bowl, mix the butter with half the sugar and beat until stiff. While stirring constantly with an electric mixer, add the yolks, then reduce the speed and pour in the cream. Beat briefly.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix about half of the snow with the butter-egg mixture, add the flour sifted with baking powder, mix and then gently add the rest of the egg whites.
Pour half of the dough into the mold, sprinkle with nuts and milk chocolate. Color the rest with cocoa and pour on top. Bake for about an hour. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar.
