Shredded cake
Ingredients
Dough
400 g | plain flour |
1/2 bag | baking powder |
120 g | powdered sugar |
250 g | fat |
3 spoons | Carla cocoa powder |
1 | egg |

Filling
750 g | cottage cheese |
sugar to taste | |
2 | eggs (especially yolks and whites) |
3 teaspoons | rum |
1/2 bag | vanilla pudding |
250 ml | milk |
grease for wiping the sheet |
Procedure
Pour flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder onto the roll, mix lightly, make a well and knock in the egg and fat cut into smaller pieces. We will process a pliable dough, which we will put in a microwave bag and let it harden for about an hour in the refrigerator. Cook the custard from the custard powder and milk according to the instructions and let it cool, stirring occasionally. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix the cottage cheese, sugar to taste, egg yolks, rum, add the cooled pudding and finally the snow from the egg whites. Grate half of the dough onto a greased tray, top with the cheese filling and grate the other half of the dough on top. Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
