Gingerbread hot chocolate
Ingredients
| 220 ml | fresh milk |
| 2 spoons | Carla milk chocolate |
| 1 spoon | Carla cocoa powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | gingerbread spice |
| whipping cream |
Procedure
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the chocolate lentils (peas), cocoa and heat slowly.
Add the gingerbread spice and mix thoroughly. In the meantime, while the chocolate is warming up, whip the whipping cream.
Pour the hot chocolate into a mug, add a large spoonful of cream and sprinkle with cocoa.
