Oatmeal banana cake with cocoa

Ingredients

Dough

120 g oat flakes
250 ml hot milk
200 g ripe bananas
2 eggs
30 g Carla cocoa powder
5 g baking powder
pinch of salt
butter
chopped nuts

Topping

Carla dark 70% chocolate
50 ml hot milk

Procedure

Put the oatmeal in a bowl and cover it with hot milk, wash and leave. Let stand for 10 minutes. In the meantime, mash the bananas with a fork and put them in another bowl. Beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt and mix with a whisk. Add cocoa, baking powder and mix again.

Mix the cocoa mixture with the oatmeal and pour the dough into a greased mold. Flatten the dough, sprinkle it with chopped nuts and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. After baking, prepare the topping.

Pour hot milk over the broken dark chocolate and mix until smooth. Put the finished frosting in a decorating bag and arrange it on the finished dessert. Let it harden in the fridge for at least an hour and we can serve.
