Cocoa pancakes with banana
Ingredients
| 180 g | plain flour |
| 240 g | milk |
| 2 | eggs |
| 50 g | butter |
| 20 g | Cocoa powder |
| 20 g | rum |
| 6 g | baking powder |
| 60 g | sugar |
| Carla Cream for greasing |
Procedure
Mix the flour, egg yolks, milk, sugar, baking powder, lukewarm melted butter, cocoa and rum to form a thin batter. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then gently fold them into the batter. Heat a frying pan with oil and pour in the batter. Fry the pancakes for about a minute to a minute and a half on each side, so that they are not raw inside.
Spread the finished pancakes with Carla Cream and layer with sliced bananas.
