Procedure
First, preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a cake baking mold ideally with a diameter of 26 cm, wipe it and sprinkle with coarse flour.
In a bowl, we mix "dry" ingredients: sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, cocoa baking powder and chocolate pudding. In the second bowl, mix the remaining "wet" ingredients: oil, eggs and milk. The two mixtures are then combined into a smooth dough, preferably with an electric mixer. Pour the dough into the prepared mold and bake in a preheated oven, bake for about 30 minutes, but it depends on the oven, before removing it from the oven, we test with a skewer whether the dough does not stick to it. The baked cake is then allowed to cool.
Next we will make a cream. First we cook the pudding
(according to the instructions for the pudding), or you can cook a homemade
vanilla pudding. Into the finished hot pudding mix the butter and vanilla sugars into the hot pudding and let it cool for a while, often mixing. Then add the cottage cheese. Allow to cool and mix the chopped dark chocolate into the cold cream.
When the cake is cool, carve a hollow into it, line the bottom with chopped bananas and cover with cream. Crush the hollowed out rest of the dough to the surface of the cream and the Sweet Scoop is ready to eat.
