Homemade chocolate glaze
Ingredients
| 170 g | Carla 70% dark chocolate |
| 250 ml | cream |
| 2 spoons | Carla Dutch cocoa |
Procedure
Break the chocolate into pieces and let it melt in a water bath. Add the cream while stirring slowly.
Finally, gradually add the cocoa and mix thoroughly.
Remove the chocolate from the water bath, let it cool a little and use.
