Chocolate brownie with strawberries
Ingredients
| 200 g | Carla 70% dark chocolate |
| 100 g | butter |
| 4 | eggs |
| 200 g | brown sugar |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 100 g | plain flour |
| 30 g | Carla Dutch cocoa |
| 200 g | strawberries |
Procedure
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until stiff.
Mix the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, then carefully fold in the sifted plain flour and cocoa powder.
Pour the batter into a tin lined with baking paper and top with strawberries. Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Leave to cool in the tin and serve cut into pieces.
