500 g smooth flour
200 g sugar
60 g butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons rum
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda


Sugar with butter, eggs, honey and rum mix together on steam. Then add the flour, cinnamon, cocoa for the dark gingerbread color and two teaspoons of baking soda. We process on the roll into hot dough. We use flour for better dough work. Roll out a thin sheet of dough from which to cut any shape of gingerbread and put it on baking sheet with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. To make the gingerbread more shiny, spread with egg whites or whole egg mixed with milk. Decorate gingerbread with glaze topping.
