Homemade donuts with chocolate

Procedure
In a larger bowl, first mix flour, sugar, yeast and a pinch of salt. Then add milk to the mixture and add the egg yolks and mix well. Finally add the butter and work out the dough. We can also use a robot, if we have it, it will make our work easier. After kneading the dough, put it in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour and a half until the dough is about twice as large.
We slam a fist into the leavened dough. Then knead it for 2 minutes on a floured wall or kitchen counter and roll it to a thickness of 1 cm and let it rest for 2 minutes. Use a glass to cut the wheels and then cut out the centers with a cutter. Donuts can be fried or baked. If we are forced to bake, put baking paper on a baking tray, then put the cut out donuts and leave to rise for 15 minutes. Bake them at 180 ° C for about 8 minutes until they become golden. The second option is that we can fry donuts in hot oil from both sides until golden. You need to have enough oil in the pan.
After cooling of donuts. We will prepare melt chocolate in a water bath (milk, dark, white, what we like) and soak the donuts in it. We can also use Carla icing. And donuts are done.
