Homemade Oreo cookies
Ingredients
Dough
300 g | plain wheat flour |
180 g | butter |
100 g | sugar |
4 spoons | Carla Holland Cocoa powder Premium |
1 teaspoon | baking powder |
1 | vanilla sugar |
1 | egg |
a pinch | salt |
Cream
250 g | soft cottage cheese |
100 g | milk powder |
sugar |
Procedure
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, powdered and vanilla sugar and cocoa into a bowl. Add softened butter and eggs and make a dough. We roll it out onto a sheet of 4-5 mm thick through cling film and cut it into circles.
Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for 8-10 minutes. We will let it cool down.
The preparation of the cream is simple, put all the ingredients for the cream in a bowl and whip it into a smooth cream. Then we use it to connect the wheels.
TIP: If you want to have cookies with a relief, get special stamps and press it into the cut dough on a baking sheet. You can buy the stamp in stores of household goods and accessories for the apartment.
