Halloween cupcakes


100 g butter
2 eggs
130 g cane sugar
150 g coarse flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoon Carla cocoa
130 ml Kefir milk
pinch of salt


200 g Carla 70% dark chocolate
250 g mascarpone
200 ml whipping cream
5 tablespoons sugar


First, before we start baking, we will prepare the base for the future chocolate cream. Let the chocolate melt in the cream in a water bath and stir until smooth. After cooling, put this mixture in the refrigerator.
Now we can proceed to the preparation of the cakes themselves. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat the butter with sugar until foamy, gradually add eggs, kefir and cocoa. Gradually add flour mixed with salt, baking powder and soda. Mix carefully into a smooth dough. After that, we put some dough into the prepared paper cups, which we have either in a special sheet or in silicone molds, and put the Cherry praline on it and fill the cup with the dough. Bake for about 20 minutes. After baking, put the cakes aside and let them cool.
And finally, we will finish the cream. We start whipping the mixture of chocolate and cream and add mascarpone and sugar according to how sweet we want the cream to be. We beat everything together for a while. When the cream is ready, we can fill the decorating bag and decorate the cakes according to our own creativity. For the cakes prepared in this way, put a halved Homemade Oreo cookie on top of the cream as bat wings and eyes for decoration.
