Pumpkin pie with chocolate


500 g flour
1 pack baking powder
3 eggs
200 g sugar
200 g pumkin puree
300 ml buttermilk
100 ml oil
2 lžičky gingerbread spices , cinnamon
2 lžíce Carla cocoa powder
100 g Carla 70% dark chocolate
120 ml cream


Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and spices. Add egg yolks, buttermilk and oil. Mix well. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt into the snow and carefully work them into the dough.
We take about half of the mass aside and add cocoa to it.
Pour the light dough first, then the cocoa, into the baking tray lined with baking paper. Stir gently with a wooden spoon or spatula to create marbling.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 175 ° C.
After cooling, prepare the ganache for icing: In a saucepan, heat the cream just below the boiling point, remove from the hot plate and add the chocolate, broken into pieces. Stir with a whisk until a smooth, uniform mass is formed. We sweeten to taste, but it's not necessary. pour the cake prepared in this way and garnish with nuts.
