Pumkin Hot Chocolate

Procedure

In a small saucepan, slowly heat the milk over medium heat. Break the chocolate into the warm milk and stir it in here and there. You need to stir the chocolate thoroughly so that it completely dissolves in the milk. When the milk is hot, add the pumpkin spice and syrup and stir again. Finally, sprinkle in the potato starch and from then on, stir the milk constantly with a whisk. The chocolate will gradually start to thicken slightly, which is the right time to pour into glasses and serve with freshly whipped cream. You can garnish with the remaining pumpkin syrup.
