100 g butter
2 eggs
130 g cane sugar
150 g flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 spoons Carla cocoa powder
130 ml kefir


3 spoons coconut
200 g mascarpone
60 g Carla Cream
240 g Carla 70 % dark chocolate

For this recipe, we will use the dough from the recipe for Valentine's cupcakes. The procedure is the same, only we will not put the dough into individual baskets, but into a cleared cake tin with baking paper.

First, prepare the dough and preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Rub the butter with the sugar into the foam, gradually add the yolks, kefir and cocoa. Gradually add the sifted flour mixed with salt, baking powder and soda. Mix thoroughly into a smooth dough, and finally mix in the whipped snow from the egg whites. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, we will find out whether it is baked using wooden skewers. Let the dough cool completely. Then we crumble it by hand (or we can mix it with mixer), add mascarpone with Carla cream and coconut and mix it thoroughly. The dough must not be too soft to stick on skewers. The dough is enough for 20 to 30 balls, depending on how big we make them. Put the balls in the fridge for at least an hour.

After the balls have cooled, we prepare chocolate in a water bath, to which we add a spoonful of butter. We insert skewers into the cooled balls, the end of which we soak in melted chocolate, which will function as a glue after cooling. Decorate by sprinkling and stick them in a stand (for example, in the foam for flower arrangements) and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
